About Dalton

// Twenty years ago, I was born into the heart of central Illinois in a town called Effingham. Growing up in the country and being raised by two amazing parents, made me into the person I am today.

When I turned five years old, my dad gave me his PlayStation, thus starting my fascination for this new world. He left it in my room and I took off with it. Little did I know that these times would influence me so much in the future.

As time went by, my love for games kept growing. From a PlayStation, to a GameCube, to a Xbox 360, to finally back to the PlayStation 4. All of these different systems were all different points in my life that drove an intense passion that was about to show itself coming into Junior year of high school.

When junior year started I was allowed to pursue my passion by being able to work on my own projects. From that opportunity I developed my art skills and learned how to program over the course of thirteen months. When I came into my senior year I created multiple game prototypes and design documents, one of which got me a scholarship for college.

College is when I took my passion into my own hands by investing most of my time, other than when I had to work, into learning how to better myself in everything I could. From there I improved everything from design, art and programming to where I stand today.

Resume

I make games, for other people to make memories. A fun Thursday night among friends, a discovery of what you can do in a game, or even just a new world for a player to discover, that is why I make games.
